Elliott's Evil Plan
The most diabolical party band ever conceived. A monstrous carnival of blues, soul, surf, rock, jazz, and psych-o-delic freakiness.
What started as a pick-up gig at a local tavern expanded into one of the Bay Area's most compelling and fun rock and roll success stories. Bay Area guitarist Elliott Shannonhouse put together a band to play at Skips Tavern in San Francisco, and invited all his musician friends on facebook to come sit in, thinking 2 or 3 people would show up with their instruments. But so many people showed up it not only packed the bar, but the whole event became a celebration of local talent and community friendship. And it worked musically, commercially and socially.
But Joe Blank said, aha most evil one can you repeat this experiment? And The Evil One said, name your time and place, Mr. Blank. And the experiment was repeated once twice 3 times and each time the band took on a different shape and the audience danced and partied and turned onto a swirling amalgam of pure FUN. And THE EVIL PLAN was hatched.
Now this unpredictable unbelievable, unfathomable musical project has spawned, in addition to the original ever-changing Evil Plan band, we now have Evil Plan Productions, presenting new projects germinating from the petri-dish of Elliott's mad experiment.
