Cathey Cotten - Vocals
Cathey Cotten is a Californian born singer and songwriter best known for her graceful vocals and range of musical styles ranging from Blues, R&B, Soul and Funky Jazz. A songwriter since her early teens, Cathey Cotten started her own label, MoonChaser Music in 1996 releasing "Dream and Decisions" and co-producer on "Under the Covers", her most recent release. Collaborations include songs written with many artists throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Cathey can be heard singing with her band, The Rocket Ride (Elliott Shannonhouse, Elvis Johnson, Dave Mehrwein, Steve Hazelwood and John Halblieb), The Mighty Groove (Susan Copperman, Jim Cervantes, Chick Petersen, Greg Rocha and Neil St. Andrews), Cheap Therapy and other fun and talented musicians throughout the Bay Area.
